Angelos has a long-time experience in the wealth management sector, as an advisor of UHNWI & HNWI clients and investors. Angelos holds a Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia, Greece, and a M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Liverpool, UK, graduating with distinction.

His strong academic background focuses on the Contract and Tort Law as well as the Financial and Property Civil Law. Evripidis is also an expert in the field of Private Tourism Law (hotel contracts etc.). He has worked as an Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the European University of Cyprus and is co-director of the “Digital Economy and Private Law” Research Group.

Currently, he is a PhD Candidate in Commercial & Economic Law – Auth and holds an LL.B. from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as well as an LL.M. in Civil, Civil Procedural & Labour Law and an MSc in Management.

His expertise extends to the topics of corporate finance, valuation methods, financial analysis and reporting issues. Moreover, he has ample experience in the corporate credit sector, having been a Business Advisor, evaluating business plans and the creditworthiness of Greek firms.

Grigorios holds a Degree of Applied Informatics and an MBA from the University of Macedonia, Greece. He is also a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).

George has a long-time experience as a qualified Internal Auditor. Having worked at a Big 4 company and in the oil and banking industry, he has developed strong accounting and internal control skills.

His expertise covers target screening, due diligence and integration, conducting risk assessment to prioritize resources and efforts. Moreover, his professional interests cover the fields of investment valuation, viability studies and business plans preparations for listed entities and foreign subsidiaries.

George holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from University of Patras and an M.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is a Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Her expertise covers urban sustainability, carbon footprint assessments, ESG reporting, policy design and buildings’ energy efficiency as well as specialized certification schemes (LEED, WELL, Edge, ISO 50001 and more). She is a certified nZEB trainer and Energy Auditor (Energieberater – TUD, 2009). Ifigeneia has published and co-authored several papers in scientific journals, dealing with urban energy efficiency and sustainability. She is a Visiting Professor at the International Hellenic University and has worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Patras in Greece.

His expertise covers tax planning and compliance, due diligence, tax advisory and strategy development, tax analysis and interpretation and strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Moreover, his professional interests cover the fields of international taxation, tax due diligence on M&A projects and challenging tax issues both on direct and indirect taxation.

Konstantinos holds a B.Sc. in Maritime Finance from University of Piraeus.
