Angelos Siopis

Founder, Managing Partner

Angelos has a long-time experience in the financial services industry. As the founder of Forward Capital, he is managing mergers and multi-million acquisitions projects, focusing on their design, structure, and all negotiations stages. Over the past decade, he has developed a large network of private companies, UHNW investors, PE/VC funds, as well as strong collaborations with business experts. He is passionate about turning business ideas into reality, through efficient and fair procedures.

Angelos has a long-time experience in the wealth management sector, as an advisor of UHNWI & HNWI clients and investors. Angelos holds a Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia, Greece, and a M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Liverpool, UK, graduating with distinction.

Evripidis Rizos

Legal Consultant, Civil Law Assistant Professor

Evripidis is an Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the Law Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. As a Supreme Court Lawyer, he is involved in a broad spectrum of legal issues, for both Civil and Commercial Law cases. He is offering his legal services on issues concerning negotiations, purchase contracts and shareholders agreements.

His strong academic background focuses on the Contract and Tort Law as well as the Financial and Property Civil Law. Evripidis is also an expert in the field of Private Tourism Law (hotel contracts etc.). He has worked as an Assistant Professor of Civil Law at the European University of Cyprus and is co-director of the “Digital Economy and Private Law” Research Group.

Myron Kanter-Bax

Legal Consultant

Myron is practicing commercial and civil law litigation and advising domestic and international clients on business transactions and commercial agreements. He deals with a wide array of commercial and corporate law issues in merger and acquisition projects, international business transactions and general corporate issues. He is actively engaged in Legal Due Diligence projects, minimizing risks, adding value and insight into any M&A process facilitating a smooth transaction.

Currently, he is a PhD Candidate in Commercial & Economic Law – Auth and holds an LL.B. from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as well as an LL.M. in Civil, Civil Procedural & Labour Law and an MSc in Management.

Alex Dimitrakopoulos

Senior Advisor

Alex brings more than 20 years of experience in business architecture and strategic planning, having led highly publicized M&A transactions, private equity advisory, and two stock market listings.

At Forward Capital, he designs scalable operating models and may take up the role of intermediate negotiator often bringing conflicting views into a shared, broader perspective.

His expertise in translating strategic objectives into practical execution strengthens our ability to advise investors and entrepreneurs throughout the investment lifecycle.

Ifigeneia Theodoridou

Sustainability Consultant, Dr. Architect Engineer

Ifigeneia has over 17 years of experience as an energy efficiency and sustainability consultant. She is working with companies and local authorities, developing Sustainable Energy and Climate Change Action Plans as well as regarding urban retrofitting policies.

Her expertise covers urban sustainability, carbon footprint assessments, ESG reporting, policy design and buildings’ energy efficiency as well as specialized certification schemes (LEED, WELL, Edge, ISO 50001 and more). She is a certified nZEB trainer and Energy Auditor (Energieberater – TUD, 2009). Ifigeneia has published and co-authored several papers in scientific journals, dealing with urban energy efficiency and sustainability. She is a Visiting Professor at the International Hellenic University and has worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Patras in Greece.

Konstantinos Stafylas

Tax Consultant

Konstantinos has a long-time experience as a Tax Advisor. Having worked at a Big 4 company and in technology and construction industry, he has developed strong accounting and tax advisory skills.

His expertise covers tax planning and compliance, due diligence, tax advisory and strategy development, tax analysis and interpretation and strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Moreover, his professional interests cover the fields of international taxation, tax due diligence on M&A projects and challenging tax issues both on direct and indirect taxation.

Konstantinos holds a B.Sc. in Maritime Finance from University of Piraeus.
